Here at House of Trendz we seek to provide excellent customer service for you all! Below you will find our policies for processing, exchanges, returns and shipping and handling. 
Returns & Exchanges
All purchases made are final sale. In the event that your product is damaged, stained, and/or ruined in any form, we require that you inform us within 1 business day of the package delivery date. You must attach two photos and send them via email to HouseOfTrendz1@gmail.com. Once your inquiry has been reviewed you will be given the option for store credit and/or an exchange for another product for equal or lesser value. 
Shipping & Handling
House of Trendz handles all products with care before they are shipped out and given a tracking number. Once a tracking number is issued to a package and at USPS, we no longer have control over the package. We provide different forms of transit for your products purchased here at House Of Trendz. If in the event you need your products sooner than expected shipping date, you have the option for pickup at checkout. If you made an online order but did not receive your package in time for an event and such, we do not accommodate giving you the option to pick up instead as once the package is given a tracking number, we no longer have control over the package.
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. We do offer pick up as an option, when you are interested in this service, please place your order within 24hrs of expected pick up date. We will send an email to inform you when your pick-up order is ready.
