COVID-19 Policy

During this time House Of Trendz LLC is taking all of the precautions to provide the best service to our customers that keeps us all safe.

We have implemented special purchase, return, and pick up policies in regard to COVID-19 in effort to push for awareness to shop responsibly but also be confident that House Of Trendz is prioritizing your safety!

Our purchase policy is in regard to our imported wholesale goods. Most of our clothes are imported from China and Los Angeles. When we receive shipment we inspect all of the clothes, wash, and disinfect every pack before putting the pieces into inventory. This is to ensure no germs and or bacteria can be found within the clothes or where they are kept. 

All purchases made on www.HouseOfTrendzz.com are final sale. We only honor and exchange for equal value or store credit, if the clothes have not been worn and are still in its original shipping packaging, or if House Of Trendz sent the product damaged. We require that you email HouseOfTrendz1@gmail.com within 1 business day of package delivery date, with 2 clear photos of damaged product. This information can be found on our Store policy page.

We will not take the item back if: 

• it has been worn 
• there are clear deodorant marks of clothes being tried on 
• there are rips in the seams of clothing that was advised to go one size up on 
• its been more than 1 business day of package delivery date 
• you ordered a small instead of a medium (we will honor this is you reach out before the order has been fulfilled, Approx. 30 mins) 
• you or anyone around you has been exposed to COVID-19

When your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pick up you will receive notification via sms and or email. It is expected that you are wearing your mask at all times when coming to pick up from a House Of Trendz warehouse.

If you or anyone around you has been exposed to COVID-19, it is expected that you give notice and reschedule a time to pick up your package or have it arranged to be delivered to you. If you knowingly pick up a package and show signs of 

• runny nose 
• sneezing/coughing 
• watery eyes/extremely irritated 
• COVID-19 symptoms 

You will no longer be allowed to shop House Of Trendz. We do not tolerate putting our clients or employees at risk of being infected by COVID-19 by any means. Please be mindful of others and the folk you do business with.
